Please note that it is required that the double doors supplied by the client are installed the same day as the lift, and they will need to be installed after the lift has been positioned, engineers will then build the upper enclosure whilst the double doors are being fitted by the client, engineers will then interlock the double doors immediately and commission the lift. Customer to provide 200mm deep pit at lower level with the pit edges in line with the aperture above.

Electrical. The customer is responsible for providing a mains electrical supply to the equipment site, also the provision of an isolator and all necessary wiring. An electrician should be available to assist our engineer during the latter stages of installation to enable final testing to be carried out. The electrician should be conversant with motor switch gear. The electrician will be responsible for final electrical connection from the mains isolator supply to the lift control box. For 3 phase equipment, a 415volt, 3 phase supply with earth and neutral is also necessary.
Trunking. An amount of exposed electrical cable is used within the scope of the equipment and the lift call controls. This cabling is attached to the frame work of the lift using industrial standard cable ties. If the customer requires the cabling to be supplied in trunking, a separate quotation for this additional work will be supplied on request. Please note that any electrical cabling that connects together control boxes, switches, control gear etc. is not supplied in any form of trunking. Our engineers will leave any exposed cabling in a neat and tidy manner, should trunking be required this would be subject to an additional quotation based on particular site conditions.
Commissioning is included in the quoted price, providing it can be carried out at the time of installation. A separate charge may be made if commissioning is required at some other date.
Load testing is included in the offer price providing that the customer supplies a certified load on the day of installation/commissioning.

The Mezzanine Goods Lift will be constructed using a single mast which will be supported by the mezzanine floor structure and a steel framework bolted to the floor. The lift platform will measure approximately 1450mm wide by 1200mm deep and will close down over the legs. The clear working platform area will be 1390mm x 1140mm. The overall plan size of the lift will be approx 1450mm wide x 1450mm deep. The platform will feature 1100mm high rails on all sides and a single outwards opening gate on side A. The gate will lock with a gravity system but will also be sensed to prevent platform movement if the gate is open. The platform will close to the floor with a 60mm lowered height and have a total raised height of 2565mm. At the top level, the lift height will be governed by a limit switch system to ensure that the platform parks with the floor. The platform will be supplied with a loading ramp, 1450mm wide by 600mm long. The hydraulic power pack will be mounted to the mast and electrical system will be housed in a separate wall mounted box at ground level. Control points will be positioned at both levels. All points will feature latching call buttons and emergency stop controls. Power requirement for the lift: 415V 3 phase + Neutral via 16amp isolator (Supplied by customer) Motor specification: 0.8Kw 3phase 415V with 3ltr reservoir. Maximum lift capacity will be 50Kg.
